Accessibility Statement
Our commitment
We want this site to work for everyone, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, magnification or voice control.
Standard we aim for
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA. Status: partially conforms. The automated, keyboard and reflow checks below pass, but a screen reader pass hasn't been done yet, so we don't claim full conformance.
How we checked
On 6 November 2026 these checks were run on all four pages of the site: the home page and the three legal pages.
- An automated scan with axe-core (WCAG 2.1 A and AA rules) in Chrome. No violations, including colour contrast of the text.
- A scripted keyboard pass through the home page: a skip link comes first, every link and form field can be reached with Tab, and each one shows a focus ring.
- A reflow check at 320 CSS pixels wide, about the same as 400% zoom on a desktop. No page scrolls sideways. The data table on the Privacy Policy scrolls inside its own box.
Automated checks can't catch everything, so a clean result doesn't prove every part of the site is easy to use.
Known limitations
- No screen reader pass yet. The site hasn't been tested with NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver or TalkBack. It uses standard headings, labelled fields and native controls, but we won't claim it until it's been listened to.
- The mobile header has no menu. On small screens the top navigation is hidden. The same links are in the footer, and the Call button stays in the header.
- Photos of our menu posters. The menu is written out as text on the page, so you don't need the photos to read it.
- Pages we don't control. Formspree may show its own spam check after you send the form, and directions open in Google Maps. If either one blocks you, call or text us and we'll take your request another way.
