Privacy Policy
What this covers
This website and the requests you send us through it. It does not cover Facebook, Instagram or Google, which have their own policies, or anything you order from us in person at the truck.
What we collect and why
You can read this site without giving us anything. You only give us personal information if you fill out the catering and order form, call, text or email us.

Please don't put card numbers or anything else sensitive in the form. We'll sort out payment with you directly.
Who else sees it
- Cloudflare hosts this site and handles its traffic. Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Formspree receives what you type into the form, stores it, and emails it to us. It may show a spam check when you send the form. Formspree's privacy policy.
- Google runs the email account the form is delivered to. Google's privacy policy.
- Wixom Interactive LLC, Ogden, Utah, builds and looks after this website for us and may see form requests while maintaining it. Wixom Interactive's privacy policy.
- Phone and messaging companies carry calls and texts. If you message us on Facebook or Instagram, Meta handles that under its own policy.
We may also share information when the law requires it or to protect our legal rights.
What we never do
We don't sell your personal information. We don't share it for advertising. We don't put ads, ad trackers or tracking pixels on this site. We don't add you to a mailing list because you sent a form. We reply to your request by phone, text or email, whichever you gave us, and that's what the contact details are for.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to fix it or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent you gave. Use the contact details at the top of this page. We'll answer within 30 days. We may need to confirm who you are first. We won't treat you differently for asking.
If you're in the EU, EEA or UK, you have these rights under the GDPR and you can also complain to your data protection authority. If you're in a US state whose privacy law applies to us, you have the rights that law gives you, and the same contact details work.
Cookies and storage
This site doesn't set cookies or use browser storage, so there's no cookie banner. If Formspree shows a spam check when you send the form, that page is Formspree's and it may set its own cookies there.
Children
This site is for adults ordering food. It isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you think a child has sent us something, tell us and we'll delete it.
Security
This site uses HTTPS. The email account the form goes to is private. No system is perfectly secure, so we keep only what we need. If a breach affects your information, we'll tell you without unreasonable delay.
International transfers
We're in the United States and so are the companies above, and Cloudflare runs a worldwide network. If you're outside the US, your information is transferred here when you use this site or send us a request.
Changes
We post changes here with a new effective date.
