The agreement
These terms are between you and Los Cipotes Pupusas ("we"). They apply when you use this website or send us a request through it. By using the site you accept them. If you don't, please don't use the site.
What this site is
This site tells you what we cook, where to find the truck, when we're open, and how to reach us for catering and larger orders. It doesn't take payments. Nothing on it is a contract to sell you food until we've confirmed your order with you directly.
Menu, prices and hours
The menu, prices, hours and locations shown here are what we have at the time we update the page. They can change without notice. The prices and menu at the truck are the ones that apply. If something on the site is out of date, tell us and we'll fix it.
Allergies and dietary needs. Our pupusas are made with corn masa and contain no wheat flour, but they're prepared in a kitchen that also handles other ingredients, including dairy, pork, chicken, shrimp and others. The site's dietary notes are general information, not a guarantee. If you have an allergy, tell us when you order so we can tell you what's in your food.
Catering and order requests
A request sent through the form, or by phone, text or email, is a request, not a confirmed order. We'll get back to you to confirm what we can do, the price, and how payment works. Any deposit, cancellation or payment terms for an event are the ones we agree with you in writing for that event.
Our content
The name Los Cipotes Pupusas, our logo, the artwork on the truck, and the photos and text on this site are ours. You can share links to the site, but please don't copy our logo, artwork or photos for your own use without asking.
Other sites
This site links to Facebook, Instagram and Google Maps. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we aren't responsible for them.
Using the site
Don't misuse the site or its form, send spam or malicious files, try to break into it, or use it for anything unlawful.
Disclaimers and limit of liability
The site is provided as is, to the extent the law allows, without implied warranties. We do our best to keep it accurate and available but can't promise it will always be. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site, and our total liability in connection with the site is limited to $100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, or takes away rights you have as a consumer.
Law and disputes
Utah law governs these terms, and the state and federal courts in Utah are where any case goes. If you're a consumer in a place whose law gives you protections that can't be waived, you keep them. Before either of us starts a legal claim, we agree to try to work it out directly for 30 days.
Changes to these terms
We post changes here with a new effective date.
