Pupusas the way they're made back home

Los Cipotes Pupusas is a small Salvadoran-owned food truck in Ogden, Utah. Cipotes is what Salvadorans call their kids, and the pupusas are the ones from home: corn masa pressed by hand around cheese, beans, pork, loroco or chicharrón, griddled until the cheese runs, and served with curtido and salsa roja.

Everything is made to order on the truck. You'll find us at our Ogden spot, at farmers markets and events, and wherever the schedule takes us that week. We take orders for pickup, and we cater birthdays, work lunches, quinceañeras and anything else that needs a lot of pupusas.
